Hi, I’m Shauna Laubman—a 54-year-old educator, movement alchemist, and midlife wellness guide. With 11 years of experience as a yoga instructor and a lifelong love affair with dance and fitness, I weave magic into movement, transforming it into a sanctuary for healing, renewal, and deep connection.

By day, I inspire young minds as a high school teacher, and by heart, I’m a proud Nana who believes in the enchantment of midlife—a phase brimming with hidden treasures and opportunities to bloom. Through my platform, Midlife Wellness Yoga, I help women navigate the hormonal and emotional shifts of this season with grace, courage, and a sprinkle of wonder, empowering them to age like a masterpiece.

Rooted in the quiet beauty of rural Alberta, I share a cozy life with my husband Steven and our faithful dog Luna. Close to my children and grandchild—the brightest stars in my universe—I cherish the simple magic of walking, gardening, and exploring the wild landscapes of Baja, Mexico. Life, to me, is an unfolding story, and I’m here to embrace every chapter with heart and soul. ✨
